Use structured markup
An XML/JSX-style language gives the agent a compact authoring surface that can be parsed, validated, and translated into product page models.
01 / PRODUCT ENGINEERING
I designed and built an agent that turns natural-language requests into web pages, together with the live-rendering experience around it.
Generating a page is only part of the problem. A useful authoring tool also needs to show progress, support precise changes, and produce output that fits the product’s existing page model.
I owned the page-building agent and live renderer end to end. The work included the authoring language, parsing and validation pipeline, agent tools, and browser-based preview. Rendering integrates with the product’s existing engine.
An XML/JSX-style language gives the agent a compact authoring surface that can be parsed, validated, and translated into product page models.
The preview handles partial streamed markup, so the user can see a page develop while generation is still in progress.
Targeted edits and screenshot feedback let the agent inspect and refine the result instead of starting over for every change.
Adopted in the product for creating customer portal pages and application pages. I also proposed the live-rendering approach as a reusable dynamic UI capability and introduced it into a conversational data agent.
